Requirements

• 2-3+ years as a Restaurant Manager
• Casual Dining restaurant experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of restaurant KPIs and cost control
• Ability to manage operations independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Currently based in India and ready to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily restaurant operations
• Leading and developing the restaurant team
• Maintaining food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Driving sales and operational targets
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Controlling costs and inventory
• Handling guest feedback professionally
