• Food Runner: AED 2k–3k + tips
• Sous Chef: AED 10k–12k + tips
• Chef de Partie: AED 4k–6k + tips
• Commis: AED 2.5k–3.5k + tips
• Steward: AED 2k–2.5k + tips

Requirements

Candidates must meet at least 4 of the following criteria:

• Previous experience in a Mexican or Latin American restaurant
• Fluent English (Spanish speaking is an advantage)
• 2+ years POS software experience for FOH team
• Currently based in the UAE
