An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join a growing retail team in Abu Dhabi. Candidates with prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products will receive priority consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, fragrances, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and perform cross-selling.
- Maintain attractive product displays and handle POS transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales KPIs.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
