Engineering Coordinator Job Responsibilities.
§ Supervise maintenance and repair activities for all hotel facilities, including restaurants and kitchens.
§ Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safely, conducting regular checks.
§ Schedule and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
§ Collaborate with hotel management to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve engineering-related issues.
§ Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair histories.
§ Assist in budgeting and planning for engineering projects, repairs, and maintenance activities.
§ Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
§ Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements
§ Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
§ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
§ Strong command of the English language.

Kitchen Technician Job Responsibilities
§ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment.
§ Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to kitchen operations.
§ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding equipment.
§ Assist in the installation of new kitchen equipment as needed.
§ Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies for kitchen maintenance.
§ Work closely with kitchen staff to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.

Requirements
§ Proven experience as a kitchen technician or in a similar technical role.
§ Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and repair techniques.
§ Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy.
§ Good communication skills to interact with kitchen staff and management.
§ Strong command of the English language.
