Data Direct Group is looking for a sharp, data-driven WFM professional to join our Workforce Management team in Dubai. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor intraday performance and queue service levels
  • Track real-time mitigation plans for volume spikes
  • Build optimized staff schedules and capacity plans
  • Design automated operational dashboards and reports

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Call Center WFM environment
  • Expert in Excel and Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with Erlang calculators and Genesys
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
