A company in the Facilities Management, MEP, and HVAC industry is seeking a proactive Sales Admin / Sales Support Executive to manage sales administration and client coordination in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations for FM, KES, AC/HVAC, and MEP works.
• Coordinate with clients, technical teams, and operations departments.
• Maintain accurate quotation and sales trackers.
• Generate new leads and follow up for approvals, work confirmations, and POs.
• Maintain client relationships and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of relevant UAE experience in FM, MEP, HVAC, or KES.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email tools.
