Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales operations.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Administration is preferred.
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience in surveying, geospatial, engineering, or technical equipment industries will be an added advantage.
