Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers by phone and email on quotations and proposals.
- Keep the CRM up to date, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with vendors and distributors.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Admin, ideally in IT or B2B in the UAE.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce) and MS Excel.
