Memaar Building Systems is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand the Hot-Rolled Structural Steel sales pipeline across the GCC and export markets. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to grow within structural steel sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the HRSS sales target and build a strong pipeline of industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Lead technical proposals in close coordination with Engineering and Estimation teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key EPC contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Mentor, guide, and manage the regional sales team to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of proven experience in structural steel sales with essential GCC market background.
• Established professional network among regional EPC contractors, consultants, and developers.
