Cleanco Group is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and secure new contracts for façade cleaning and external building cleaning services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Establish relationships with developers, building owners, and property management companies.
- Coordinate with technical operations and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
Requirements

- 8-10 years of UAE experience in sales and business development.
- Proven track record of securing new service contracts.
