Memaar Building Systems FZC is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow MBS’s Hot-Rolled Structural Steel (HRSS) sales pipeline across the GCC and export markets. Job Responsibilities

• Own the HRSS sales target; build and manage a pipeline of industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects (power plants, pipe racks, high-rise, bridges)
• Lead technical proposals in coordination with Engineering/Estimation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and developers across the GCC and export markets.
• Mentor and manage sales team.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in structural steel sales, with GCC market experience essential.
• Existing network among EPCs, consultants, and developers in the region.
