Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with order processing, quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and product inventories.
• Assist in generating sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or operations, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
• Proficient in Auto Parts Catalogue (EPC), MS Excel, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of auto spare parts, part numbers, and supply chain flow.
