Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Healthcare operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within UAE.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue generation within the home healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership, operational management, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of DHA regulations and home healthcare licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
