Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured reading and literacy development sessions
- Monitor reading progress and implement targeted support
- Encourage independent reading and a positive reading culture
- Support students with diverse learning needs, including EAL and SEND
- Collaborate with English and Inclusion teams to improve literacy outcomes
Key Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree and recognised teaching qualification (subject to KHDA eligibility)
- Experience in English teaching, literacy development or reading intervention
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Familiarity with the British curriculum and reading assessments is an advantage
