Trio Cafe is seeking passionate and skilled Senior Baristas to join our premium specialty coffee team across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, RAK, and Al Ain. Immediate joiners are preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Master the Brew: Execute flawless extractions and craft premium alternative brews
• Lead the Bar: Train and support junior baristas to maintain high workflow and quality standards
• Connect with Guests: Share your coffee knowledge and deliver a top-tier customer experience

Requirements

• 3–5 years of barista experience with at least 2 years in specialty coffee
• Advanced latte art and milk texturing skills
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins and profiles
• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills
