Chinese Palace Group is looking for a Senior Buyer cum Inventory Controller to join their growing team and support efficient purchasing and inventory operations across their restaurants in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities, source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing
• Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and conduct regular inventory checks
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and suppliers on orders and deliveries
• Monitor stock movement, wastage, consumption, and support cost control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing and inventory control (F&B/restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong supplier negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
