- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sr. Chef de Partie (CDP).
- Proven experience in steakhouse concepts is mandatory.
- Must have a strong background in the restaurant industry.
- Hotel experience will not be considered.
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and maintaining kitchen standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
