Imdaad LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Collection Officer to join our Finance team in Dubai. You will manage outstanding customer receivables, follow up on overdue payments, resolve account discrepancies, and support healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through various channels
- Prepare aging reports and collection status updates
- Negotiate payment plans and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control
