Min. Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
More than 15 years of experience as commercial manager/Senior QS (Out of which 10 years in GCC) in Pre and post contract stages in both contractor and PMC

Roles and Responsibilities-
Preliminary cost estimates, cost planning, cash flow forecast, evaluation of variations and claims, identification of potential variations, preparation of payment certificates, subcontractor liability statements, final statements, managing site QS.
