AMC Motors Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Senior HR / HR Generalist who can independently manage complete HR operations and support the organization in day-to-day HR activities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations from recruitment to exit
- End-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
- Employee relations, grievances and disciplinary procedures
- UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
- Visa, work permit and employee documentation coordination
- Payroll, WPS, leave, attendance and final settlement coordination
- Performance management and employee engagement
- HR policies, procedures and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
- Coordinate with PRO and government authorities when required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Candidates who are immediately available or available to join at short notice are preferred
