Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
GCC experience and strong knowledge of UAE and Saudi labor laws are required.
Multi-country HR experience and exposure to construction, manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
