• Level 1/2 Padel Coaching Certification
• 3+ years competitive coaching experience
• Proven ability to develop elite players
• Outstanding leadership & communication skills

Preferred Assets:

• First Aid/CPR certification
• Junior development program experience
• Multilingual capabilities
