Senior Quantity Surveyor (Q.S.) – Trojan Construction Group

🔹 Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
✔️ Review and certify interim payment certificates
✔️ Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters
✔️ Conduct price analysis and cost control
✔️ Liaise with procurement to ensure contract compliance

🔹 Requirements:
🎓 B.Sc. degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering
💼 7–10 years of Q.S. experience in contracting companies
📘 Familiarity with FIDIC contracts preferred
🖥️ Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel
🤝 Strong negotiation and analytical skills
