Ancient Builders Constructions LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer with a strong background in the construction industry. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and supporting our continued growth by hiring the best industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for project and head office roles.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top construction talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality hires.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring process.
• Manage recruitment records and reports using ATS / database systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in HR or related.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in the Construction industry.
• Proven track record in hiring across construction projects and head office roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Must be available in Dubai.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
