We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipment & Invoicing Coordinator to support our invoicing, inventory, order coordination, and shipment-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and within required timelines.
• Coordinate with primary vendor regarding ETAs and order reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and local transport companies for timely deliveries.
• Prepare weekly reports including Open Purchase Order Summary and Inventory Aging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
• Preferred Candidate: Filipino.
