We are looking for an experienced Senior Soft Service Executive to oversee and coordinate Soft Facilities Management operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Soft FM operations including cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.
• Supervise site teams and ensure compliance with BICSc standards, HSEQ requirements, and company procedures.
• Monitor service quality, subcontractor performance, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, consumables, and operational resources effectively.
• Support staff training, performance improvement, and customer service requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, records, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Soft Facilities Management
• Strong hands-on experience in Soft FM operations
• PBICSc/LBICSc certification is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license is required
