Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders per company procedures.
• Source and obtain competitive quotations from local and international suppliers.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking for cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Demand Planning to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate procurement records for audits and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Experience in FMCG companies is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE) and MS Office.
