China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is looking for an experienced Sr. QA/QC Engineer to join their team for Roads & Infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards.
• Conduct inspections for road works, earthworks, drainage, utilities, asphalt, concrete, kerbstones, paving, and associated infrastructure works.
• Prepare and manage ITPs, Method Statements, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, laboratories, and site teams to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Monitor material testing, laboratory results, and site quality activities.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of QA/QC experience, with strong experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in road construction, utilities, drainage, earthworks, asphalt, and associated infrastructure works in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, material testing, and inspection processes.
