Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Stewarding Department
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards across all kitchen and food service areas
Lead, train, and motivate the stewarding team
Monitor equipment handling, storage, and HACCP compliance
Maintain inventory levels and control departmental expenses

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Stewarding Supervisor role within a 4/5-star hotel environment
Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Effective leadership and problem-solving abilities
