Thomsun General Trading is seeking an experienced professional for Store In-Charge vacancies in the UAE. Take the next step in your career with rewarding store in-charge jobs in UAE logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials accurately.
• Prepare GRN, Delivery Orders, sales invoices, and sales return entries in the ERP system.
• Ensure all deliveries are supported by valid ERP-generated Delivery Orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, non-moving, and slow-moving items.
• Ensure proper documentation for sales returns, cash collections, and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate the maintenance and renewal of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, and security standards.
• Supervise warehouse assistants and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Prepare and submit daily and periodic warehouse reports.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably in a trading company.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
