Mark & Save, part of Western International Group, is looking for a qualified Store Manager to oversee daily operations at their management office located in Al Rashidiya 1, Ajman. Immediate joiners are preferred for this retail leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store & supermarket operations
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Monitor sales, stock, inventory & product availability
- Ensure proper merchandising, pricing & promotions
- Control stock loss, wastage & damages
- Maintain FIFO, hygiene & safety standards
- Handle customer service and resolve complaints
- Monitor KPIs, sales targets & operational performance
- Coordinate with Buying, Warehouse, Finance & HR teams
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Supermarket / Hypermarket / Retail
- Strong team management & leadership skills
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Knowledge of inventory & retail operations
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
