Location: Dubai

An experienced Structural Quantity Surveyor is required to join a growing team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from structural drawings
• Estimate project costs and prepare budgets
• Review tender documents and prepare cost estimates
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing
• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress payments
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 3–8 years of experience as a Structural Quantity Surveyor
• Experience in building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software
• UAE experience is preferred
