Al Deraa Structural Steel Fixing & Contracting LLC is expanding its Sharjah branch team and hiring experienced professionals in structural steel fabrication and installation.

Open Positions & Requirements

1. Senior Structural Designer

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural steel fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel design and connection design.
• Experience with AutoCAD and structural design software (STAAD, IDEA StatiCa, ETABS, AutoCAD).
• Ability to review project requirements and coordinate with drafting, production, and project teams. UAE experience preferred.

2. Junior Designer

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in structural steel fabrication industry.
• Civil/Structural Engineering background with knowledge of structural steel design.
• Familiarity with design software (STAAD, IDEA StatiCa, ETABS/BIM, AutoCAD).
• Ability to assist with calculations, drawings, revisions, and technical submissions.

3. Estimator

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in structural steel fabrication estimation.
• Ability to study drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Quantity take-off, BOQ/BOM preparation, and costing.
• Preparation of quotations, scope, exclusions, and clarifications; vendor/supplier pricing coordination.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.
