🔍 Position: Technical Operations Manager – IT Infra

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure operations, ensuring smooth 24×7 availability.
• Lead NOC (Network Operations Center) teams and drive operational efficiency.
• Implement ITIL best practices, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits, manage IT risks, and continuously improve infrastructure performance.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, and Cloud Technologies.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks, SLA tracking, audits, and IT risk management.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
