Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in airline/travel ticketing
• Strong knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing systems
• Good knowledge of flight bookings, rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and ticket issuance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• UAE travel/ticketing experience is an advantage
