Laith Electro Mechanical llc is looking for an experienced Timekeeper / Attendance Officer to manage and monitor employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and timesheets across sites, camps, and office in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily attendance records for all employees.
• Monitor biometric attendance and ensure employees punch at the correct location.
• Record working hours, overtime, night shifts, leave, and absences.
• Prepare daily and monthly timesheets and submit them to HR.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers and Project Engineers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Timekeeper / Attendance Officer in MEP or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of biometric attendance systems and timesheets.
• Strong Excel and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
