Mark & Save, under the Western International Group, is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Trainer. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing store staff and enhancing retail excellence across our locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job and classroom training for new and existing store staff.
• Deliver induction, product knowledge, customer service, SOP, and operations training.
• Travel across assigned stores to conduct training and coaching sessions.
• Assess performance, identify skill gaps, and provide feedback and refresher training.
• Coordinate training schedules with Store Managers and HR teams.
• Track attendance, completion, assessments, and training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Support Retail Academy batches and coordinate with L&D and store operations.
• Provide feedback to improve training content and delivery.
