Job Responsibilities

The Training Manager is responsible for leading the hotel’s learning and development function and ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and service standards required to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role develops and implements hospitality-focused training programs covering service excellence, operational procedures, leadership, compliance, and professional development.

Requirements

• Professional certification in Training & Development, L&D, or Human Resources required
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel training, Learning & Development experience
• Strong hotel operations & service standard knowledge
• Develop & deliver training across hotel departments
• Experience in service excellence, leadership & compliance training
