Job Overview

Manage end-to-end travel operations and drive business development initiatives across the travel and tourism sector in Dubai. Deliver operational excellence while growing revenue and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with teams and vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE and international travel standards
• Monitor and optimize efficiency and resource utilization
• Manage budgets and control costs to improve profitability
• Lead and mentor the operations team to deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience managing travel operations, itineraries, and customer service in tourism
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of UAE and international travel regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in the Dubai travel and tourism industry (mandatory)
