TSO UAE is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory
• Experience with user account administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT asset management
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN troubleshooting
• Experience supporting laptops, printers, peripherals, and remote users
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
