Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Waiters / Waitresses (Russian Speaking): Must be fluent in both Russian and English to cater to our diverse international clientele. Polished presentation, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for premium guest experiences are essential. Strong background in a reputed UAE hotel, high-end restaurant, or luxury lounge required.
• Chef de Partie (CDP): Strong background in high-volume, premium, or fine-dining kitchens. Exceptional culinary skills, leadership capabilities on the section, and strict adherence to HACCP standards. Minimum 2-3 years of UAE-specific kitchen experience is essential.
