We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Al Ain. Immediate joiners are preferred for this exciting career opportunity in the UAE logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
- Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
- Experience in the automotive or mechanical industry is required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management
- Good knowledge of automotive/mechanical parts and equipment
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
