Location: Dubai
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Restaurant Dispatcher to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and have experience handling online food orders, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders from online delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.) and direct customers.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Pack orders according to the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with delivery riders and third-party delivery partners for timely order dispatch.
- Resolve order-related issues and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food delivery environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with online ordering platforms is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
