Key Responsibilities
- Control daily workshop operations to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Allocate jobs effectively based on technician skill levels and workshop capacity
- Support Service Advisors and Technicians in resolving technical concerns
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer repair standards and quality requirements
- Monitor labor utilization, workshop loading, and productivity targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Workshop Controller with dealership
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Experience within a dealership environment is highly preferred
- Excellent excel knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
