Job Responsibilities

• Manage technicians and workshop teams effectively.
• Oversee workshop planning, quality control, safety, and productivity.
• Ensure technical standards and delivery schedules are successfully met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the generator and/or air compressor industry.
• Strong knowledge of assembly, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC industry experience is highly preferred.
