2XL Home is hiring a Joinery Supervisor (Workshop) based in Sharjah, UAE.

Salary: Dhs 3,500 to 4,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the furniture repair workshop team.
• Oversee furniture repair, joinery, finishing & quality control.
• Assign and monitor work for timely, quality completion.
• Maintain inventory, materials, tools & workshop records.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness & accurate daily reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in furniture repair/joinery.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/team leader role.
• Experience in furniture retail, manufacturing, and warehouse preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; Navision preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
