2XL Home is currently hiring for a Team Leader-Inbound (Warehouse Operations) position based in Sharjah, UAE, with a salary range of Dhs 3,500 to 4,000/-.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound receiving and warehouse operations
• Lead and allocate manpower to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure accurate receiving, checking, unloading and put-away of stock
• Verify shipments against POs and delivery documents
• Ensure timely GRN processing and system updates
• Monitor inventory accuracy, discrepancies and team productivity

Requirements

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience with minimum 1 year in a Team Leader role
• Good knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory control and warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse KPIs
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a furniture or home-retail warehouse is preferred
