Thomsun Infocare is recruiting a qualified QC Manager for food processing operations in the UAE. Please note that this recruitment drive specifically targets candidates currently based in India for relocation to the UAE.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within the seafood or fish processing industry (poultry processing experience is an added advantage).
• Strong hands-on expertise in food microbiology, laboratory testing, TPC, water & ice testing, and swab testing.
• Practical knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, ISO, FSSC, or BRC systems.
• Experience handling raw materials, audits, traceability, RCA, CAPA, and customer complaints.
• Relevant educational qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or Coastal Aquaculture.
