Al Jazeera International Catering is hiring a Senior HR Manager to join their team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 6-8 years experience required in UAE and minimum qualification of Post Graduation/Graduation.
• Responsible for monitoring recruitment and onboarding, employee reward and recognition, and manpower and leave planning.
• Employee Performance: Monitor employee productivity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and take necessary actions accordingly.
• Training & Development: Monitor employee training schedules and prepare monthly/yearly career development plans in coordination with other departments.
• Staff Welfare Activities: Monitor staff welfare activities (birthday and festival celebrations, indoor/outdoor games and activities) and encourage new ideas and innovation to keep employees happy at the workplace.
• Employee Reward & Recognition: Monitor that staff are rewarded, recognized, and appreciated on a monthly and yearly basis based on performance.
• Payroll: Verify shift rosters for all departments and coordinate with the accounts team for smooth payroll processing, including daily verification of attendance timesheets.
• Visa Process: Verify the visa process for new joiners, renewals, and cancellations, and coordinate with the PRO for related documentation.
