We are looking for skilled BIM HVAC Modelers and BIM Plumbing Modelers to join our team in Dubai.

Open Positions:

• BIM HVAC Modeler
• BIM Plumbing Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare HVAC/Plumbing shop drawings, sections, and detailed layouts.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and LOD requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM HVAC or BIM Plumbing modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in preparing MEP shop drawings and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of LOD 300/400 and BIM standards.
• UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
